Information For Authors
Overview of Journal Aims and Scope
Applied & Computational Topology & Geometry (ACTG) publishes high-quality research papers at the intersection of computational mathematics and geometric/topological methods, with a particular focus on algorithmic and applied aspects of algebraic geometry and algebraic topology. The journal particularly encourages submissions that bridge theoretical foundations with practical applications, and those that make sophisticated mathematical tools more accessible to applied researchers.

Submitting to ACTG
ACTG uses the EditFlow system for article submission and review. You may submit an article using the link here: https://ef.msp.org/submit/amr_actg
Please follow the instructions at the link above. For initial submission we ask for a file in pdf format. You will (optionally) be asked to suggest one or more editors who would be well placed to handle your submission, a list of the editors and their areas of expertise may be found here: Editorial Team.
In addition we require the following information for each accepted paper:
- A complete physical address and email for each author,
- A title and abstract,
- A list of keywords,
- A list of AMS subject classification numbers (we use the 2020 versions),
- Funding information, if any, for all authors.
Accepted submissions will be formatted in the ACTG latex template prior to publication. LaTeX files are not collected on initial submission and will be requested only after acceptance. Note we are only able to process articles written in LaTex and request that authors keep their LaTex setup as simple as possible as this makes it easier to typeset in the journal template.
